the first thing you need to do is ake sure youre skates fit yer feet right

they should feel snug on your feet not too big not too small

make sure the sides of the heel dont dig in

make sure the front of the liner doesnt put too much pressure on you toesies!

i tired on a pair of razors icons an i can honestly say the fit like a second bloody skin!

thats just me though!
