My Tip:

you might think you can jump properly but a proper jump increases the style your leg muscles and balance. firstly stand on the spot on your blades and just jump the way you normally do then ask yourself are you jumping both feet at the same time then land both at the same time now try it rolling along and at the start it will feel weird but after a while you improve really quickly and you should practice stalls and grinds the same way. another thing is that you should take off with both feet shoulder width apart and land slightly bending your knees. peace out.
